Conan Apps Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the basic rules for using Conan Apps, including the Android game, connected leaderboard services, ads, and support channels.

1. Using the Game

You may use Conan Apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the game fairly and avoid actions that harm other players or the service.

2. Eligibility and Child Use

Conan Apps is designed for a broad audience, including children. If a player is below the legal age to accept terms in their region, a parent or legal guardian should review and accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Accounts and Access

Players may use guest access and, where available, sign in with third-party methods such as Google or wallet authentication. You are responsible for activity on your device or account session.

4. Fair Play Rules

You must not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or try to manipulate leaderboard rankings.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access to scores or accounts when we detect abuse, fraud, or serious rule violations.

5. Ads and Purchases

The game may show ads (such as banner or interstitial ads). A one-time in-app purchase may be offered to remove ads. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by the app store or payment platform you use.

6. Game Content and Ownership

Conan Apps, including artwork, code, music, design, and branding, is owned by its operator or licensed to it. These terms give you a limited right to play, not ownership of the game assets.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, rebalance, or change game features at any time. We also may pause service for maintenance, reliability, or security reasons.

8. Ending Access

You can stop using the game at any time. We can restrict or end access if these terms are violated or if required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

Conan Apps is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from game use, outages, or third-party services.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the game after updates means you accept the revised terms.
